- No. Every system is built with data privacy as the foundation. Your emails, reports, and business data are processed privately — either on your own infrastructure or via secure APIs with no data retention. Nothing is fed to public AI training models.
- Not at all. The whole point is that you just receive the output — a WhatsApp message with your email summary, a Telegram report with your daily numbers, a dashboard you open in your browser. You don't touch code, don't log into new platforms, and don't need to change how you work.
- Most tools are live within 1–2 weeks. The email intelligence bot can be running in under a week. More complex setups — like a unified AI dashboard connecting 3+ software systems — typically take 2–3 weeks including testing.
- Most modern business tools have APIs or data export options — ERPs, CRMs, accounting software, POS systems. For legacy tools without APIs, I use secure data extraction methods. Book a call and I'll tell you upfront whether your specific stack is connectable.
